ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၀၆ ကမာၻ႕ဖလား ၿပိဳင္ပြဲမွာမွ ပထမဆံုး စၿပီး ေျခစစ္ပြဲ ေအာင္ဖူးတဲ့ အိုင္ဗရီကို႔စ္ အသင္းဟာ ဒီတစ္ႀကိမ္ မွာလည္း ေျခစစ္ပြဲ ထပ္ေအာင္ခဲ့လို႔ ၂ ႀကိမ္ ဆက္တိုက္ ကံေကာင္းခဲ့တဲ့ အသင္းလို႔ ဆုိရပါမယ္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ ကိုယ့္ေျမ ကိုယ့္ေဒသမွာ ကစားတဲ့ ဒီလို ပြဲမ်ဳိးမွာ ပါ၀င္ခြင့္ ရတယ္ဆိုတာ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး အက်ဳိးေက်းဇူး ရလိမ့္မလို႔ ျမင္မိပါတယ္။ အိုင္ဗရီကို႔စ္ အသင္းဟာ ကမာၻ႕ဖလားကို တစ္ႀကိမ္သာ ၀င္ေရာက္ ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ ခဲ့ဖူးေပမယ့္ ၁၉၉၂ အာဖရိက ႏိုင္ငံမ်ား ဖလား ၿပိဳင္ပြဲမွာ ဗိုလ္စြဲထားတဲ့ အသင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၂၀၀၆ ခုႏွစ္ ကလည္း ဗိုလ္လုပြဲ အထိ တက္ႏိုင္ ခဲ့ေပမယ့္ အီဂ်စ္ကို ရံႈးနိမ့္ ခဲ့လို႔သာ ခ်န္ပီယံဆုကို လက္လႊတ္ ခဲ့ရတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

အိုင္ဗရီကို႔စ္ အသင္းဟာ ေျခစစ္ပြဲ အုပ္စု (၇)မွာ မိုဇမ္ဘစ္၊ မာဒါဂါစကာ၊ ေဘာ့စ္၀ါနာ တို႔နဲ႔ တစ္အုပ္စုတည္း က်ေရာက္ပါတယ္။ အိုင္ဗရီကို႔စ္ အသင္းဟာ ၃ ပြဲႏိုင္ ၃ ပြဲသေရ၊ /မွတ္ ၁၂ မွတ္နဲ႔ အုပ္စုဗိုလ္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ေနာက္တစ္ဆင့္ တက္ခဲ့ျပန္ ပါတယ္။ တတိယ အဆင့္ မွာေတာ့ အိုင္ဗရီကို႔စ္ အသင္းဟာ ဘာကီနာဖာဆို၊ မာလာ၀ီ၊ ဂီနီယာ အသင္းတို႔ ပါ၀င္ေနတဲ့ အုပ္စု (E)မွာ က်ေရာက္ခဲ့ ပါတယ္။ ဒီအဆင့္ မွာလည္း အိုင္ဗရီကို႔စ္ အသင္းဟာ ၅ ပြဲႏိုင္၊ ၁ ပြဲသေရ၊ ရံႈးပြဲမရွိနဲ႔ ကမာၻ႕ဖလား ၿပိဳင္ပြဲကို တိုက္ရုိက္ ပါ၀င္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ ကစားခခြင့္ ရခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
